Beat & Bake Orange Cup Cake With Step By Step Pics

I love the tang of an orange Cake. It tastes so fresh and pure indulgence.

Going to supermarket and looking at fresh produce is my favorite thing. Seems silly but I do just sometimes walk around and buy things I’d like to indulge in. One such produce is “oranges”. They have such freshness and fragrance which in its edible form is divine.

Love the color on these

This beat & Bake Orange cake as the name suggests is so simple to put together and delicious on its own. It’s at very high list on tea time indulgence at my home.

Enjoy!!

Ps.

You can adjust the amount of orange juice as per your taste. (No harm in tasting the cake batter, more orange taste the better)

Get the orange zest before juicing the oranges.

You can add nuts as per your choice to get crunch in the cupcake.

All purpose flour can be replaced by the regular wheat flour. However the texture may differ and they may turn out a little dense.

This recipe produce 18-24 cupcakes according to the size of the tin used.

  1. I meant if I wanted to bake a cake instead of cupcakes, what oven settings should I be using to get the texture and flavours right?

  2. Wow!! These look so scrumptious and healthy too… with the citrusy flavor of oranges in a cupcake!! Love it!!
