A quick and easy way to satisfy hungry mom and kids. This really is our family’s most favourite nashta be it breakfast or evening snack. Coleslaw Sandwich is easy to make and you can easily use the scraps in a yummy way.
If you wish you can add any veg, non veg protien like paneer, chicken, eggs.. etc but here’s the recipe of a basic vegetable coleslaw Sandwich.
Directions to make Coleslaw Sandwich-
1 cup Cabbage head thinly sliced
1/4 cup Grated carrot
1/4 cup Bell pepper Finely chopped
2/3 cup Capsicum finely chopped
Salt and pepper as per taste
Oregano, pizza seasoning or chilli flakes if you have
1 cup Mayo(any flavored mayo or a mix of any two will also work)
In a bowl add cabbage, bell pepper, capsicum, carrot, salt and pepper, seasoning and mayo. Mix everything well.
Coleslaw is ready.
Spread it on a slice. Top with another and cut in triangles.
Serve and enjoy!!
