If eating healthy is part of your lifestyle then you would love to try out this curried Hummus Avatar. It’s very tasty and nutritious.
Being healthy should be part of our lifestyle. Eating heathy is probably easier but when it comes to snacking heathy eating goes for a toss.
Directions to Make Curried Hummus-
1 cup boiled chickpeas
3 small garlic cloves
1/4 cup tahini ( use hung curd if you don’t have it)
Salt as per taste
1/4 cup any light olive oil
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice for sharpness
Some smoked paprika and gram masala
In a food processor with blade attachment add all the ingredients except oilve oil. You can use a regular mixer grinder jar as well.
Now slowly pour the oil and keep blending.
You will get a thick paste.
Hummus is ready.
Add some smoked paprika and garam masala for curried hummus flavor.
Serve with pita chips( whole wheat). This snack is high in protein and very tasty.
