Succulent & juicy grilled chicken wrap is made with wholewheat roti, creamy mayo and pickled cucumber and onions. Unbelievable flavor combo which can be made in just 30 mins.
The grilled chicken and juicy and so delish. The spice blend really gives it a unique Italian touch. And the blend is a bit coarse which adds to the texture when grilled and in the final wrap too.
Directions to make Grilled Chicken Wraps-
400 gm chicken breast
Sprig Italian Blend(30 gm pack)
salt as per taste
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp Oil
Whole wheat roti dough to make roti’s
1 cup cucumber & onion finely sliced
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
2 pinch salt for pickle
Mayo of your choice
To prepare the chicken breast firstly place in between a parchment paper. Beat it lightly with belan so that it becomes thinner.
Now spread the sprig Italian blend powder, oil, lemon juice and salt all over the chicken evenly on all sides. Keep aside to marinade.
To make instant pickle add vinegar, salt & sugar in a bowl and put the sliced cucumber and onions. Mix and keep aside.
Now on one side heat a non stick grill pan. Wait for it to be very hot.
Now place the chicken on the grill and cook on low flame for about 3-4 mins each side.
Keep aside and let it rest.
Now make roti from the dough. It should be bigger and thinner than regular roti.
Now place Mayo, then chicken and the pickle and wrap in a parchment pepper.
