2 tomatoes roughly chopped

1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Method:

Thoroughly wash the mushrooms and chop them roughly just like onions.

Now heat some oil in a pan. Add jeeea/ cumin seeds and let it crackle.

Add onions and saute till they are soft.

Add ginger garlic paste. Cool until raw smell omits.

Add chopped tomatoes and cool until soft.

Add salt, turmeric, black pepper.

Lastly add mushrooms & paneer and 1/2 cup water and cook until the mushrooms are cooked through.

Mix in the freshly chopped coriander.

Served with roti and cucumber salad on side.

Since it was so hot when I made this I had a chilled glass of buttermilk with it.
