I was recently looking for easy to make snack bars for my toddler. Somehow its just easier to serve him this delicious and guitfree snack. What’s best that your toddler feed himself and asks for more. I am sure mothers of any age group children will understand and relate to this.
Its a great snack for adults also so overall it does the job well.
So this 3 ingredient coins works like this.
In a heavy bottom pan add 3/4 cup peanut butter and 1/2 cup honey. You may need to add more if you like to keep it on sweeter side.
Now once the butter has melted add in 3/4 cup quick oats. If the batter is still wet add 1 tbsp of oats at a time until you get a thick batter like consistency.
Spread in a thali, plate or like I have used my mini muffin tin.
Refrigerate after it has cooled. Now enjoy you delicious treat. #nomnom
These stay good to about 15 days if stored in refrigerator.
