Really awesome and easy peasy recipe for a quick Paneer Butter Masala.
Cottage cheese cubes dunked in creamy & tangy gravy tastes so good and with minimal effort.
So so easy to pull off. Now it’s my favorite recipe to make in a party as the process equals to doing next to nothing.
You can serve it with naan or laccha para that or rice; it’s so versatile.

Directions to make paneer butter masala-
200gm Paneer / cottage cheese cubed
5-6 garlic pods
2 large onions
3 large tomatoes
2 inch ginger
Salt as per taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp jeera
5-6 tbsp oil
2 tbsp white butter
1 tbsp crushed kasturi methi
In a heavy bottom kadai add onions, hunger, garlic and tomatoes. Add water to cover everything.
Boil everything together for 20 mins. Once cooled, blend and keep aside.
Now heat a pan. Add jeera and all the masala. Mix.
Now add the blended mixture.
Cover and cook for another 10 mins.
Add the white butter and kasturi methi.
Lastly add Paneer cubes / cottage cheese cubes.
Enjoy with hot phulka/paratha.
