Eggless ragi & whole wheat brownies recipe that make no compromise on the taste.
It really does not change much in taste or the recipe. Made minor changes to the original one and voila. I had to test this recipe thrice to post here. No worries, more brownies for us🤓
This one has a perfect crinkle top and a great texture and crunch from the walnuts. So it’s all about the ratio of flours. A little too much of ragi/finger millet flour in there can ruin the taste so added some atta/whole wheat flour to compensate that.

Directions to make ragi & whole wheat brownies-
Egg less brownie recipe that replaces Maida with ragi & atta.
- 125 gm Chocolate
- 50 gm Butter
- 3/4 Cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 Cup Ragi/finger millet flour
- 1/4 Cup Atta/whole wheat flour

In a double boiler melt together the chocolate and butter. Let it cool.
In a bowl add cud and sugar and whisk till sugar almost dissolves.
Now mix the chocolate and butter liquid in the sugar mix to make a free flowing liquid.
Now add both the flours and mix well.
Can also add 1 tsp vanilla essence. But it's optional.
Pour in a Brownie tin. Top with walnut. Bake at 170°C for 30 mins.
