      Thanks sheshma for stopping by. Normal atta or wholewheat flour(of which we make chapati) is a dense flour and after kneading it will be a brick of bread. For that reason extra gluten is added to make a good loaf of bread. Its perfectly safe. Here in India its difficult to get bread flour hence I add separately. You can get it in shops where baking related products are sold.
