Vanilla Custard Pudding Topped With Banana & Mangoes

Smple custard prepped differently to taste. Custard will be topped with banana & Mangoes

  • 1/2 ltr Whole Milk
  • 3 tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder
  • 8-10 no Almonds
  • 1 no Banana sliced
  • 1 no Mango Sliced
  • 6 tbsp sugar


  1. In a heavy bottom sauce pan boil milk. Now simmer the milk and keep stirring to avoild sticking on the base. Basically we need to cook the milk for about 5 mins.

  2. Now ix the custard powder with 1/2 cup milk(not hot milk or use water).

  3. Now add the custard slowly in the boiling milk and keep mixing.

  4. Cook for another 5 mins till custard is cooked and thickened.

  5. Cool down the custard.

  6. Now in a blender toss the almonds and crush as small or big peices you'd like.

  7. Chop the fruit as per your liking. I have sliced them thinly.

  8. As your custard is cooled blend it in a blender. Add the almonds too.

  9. Pour in indivisual servings. I have chosen these wine glasses. Place the fruit so that it stays on top. Sprinkle more almonds. Chill in fridge untill ready to serve.

Recipe Notes

You can also mix in little bite size pieces of cake in the custard.
