  • 2 Cups loosely packed fresh coriander cleaned, washed and drained
  • 3/4 Cup Roasted Peanuts
  • Salt as per taste
  • Pepper as per taste
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 1 Inch ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a chutney/small blender add peanuts and blend to fine powder.

  2. Now add coriander and blend again. Add the juice of 1 lemon that will help in blending.

  3. Still if its difficult to blend add water 1 tbsp at a time and keep moving the contents up and down and blend again. Avoid adding too much water as it may make your chutney watery.
