Directions to Make Mango Popsicles-

Ingredients:

2 cup Mango Pulp

* Alphonso mango works best. Try to pick a sweet mango for this. If using any fibrous mango pls strain before using.

**if your mango is not sweet enough add sugar to adjust

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup milk

* Milk basically provides smooth silky texture. Its optional, you can use only water also to make it vegan.

Method:

Blend together all the ingredients and pour in Popsicle mold.

Tap the mold to get rid of any air bubbles.

Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.

Take it out of the freeze and after 1-2 min un-mold. It should come out easily.

Enjoy this yummy treat.

Makes 8 popsicles.
