When it comes to easy recipes dahi aloo is one of the easiest recipe that you can try.

Dahi aloo is tangy, sweet and tasty all at once. I get this tongue tingling sensation and my mouth salivating just as I am writing this post.

And just 15 mins of cook time if your potato is already boiled.

Freshly cooked potato works best for this recipe. I suggest you boil potatoes in advance and let them cool on its own. It certainly makes a difference.
