Gooey, fudgy, tasty and so easy to make is all I can say for my Eggless Nutella brownie.

I can lick on the Nutella dabba until it’s over. So why not add some in the brownie which is the second next best thing after nutella.
And no I didn’t use the whole Nutella in this recipe😅
My son was very eager to grab a slice so I asked him to pose and he did. Since he’s watching me do this since he was 1 he definitely has gotten use to the idea of clicking before eating😀 here’s what we got👇

Directions to make Eggless Nutella Brownie-

Fudgy, gooey, tasty and easy rer Eggless Nutella brownie
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour atta/or use maida(all purpose flour)
- 3/4 tbsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 50 gm Dark cooking chocolate I have used amul
- 1 tsp coffee powder use instant coffee for a more stronger flavor
- 1/2 cup sugar granulated
- 1/4 cup butter 50gm
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 3 tbsp nutella
- 1 tbsp vanilla essence
-
In a saucepan heat milk, sugar, butter and dark chocolate untill everything is melted.
-
In another pan sift the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix.
-
Now add the milk mix to the flour mix. Add vanilla essence.
-
Lastly add the nutella and whisk again to make a smooth batter.
-
Now pour the batter in a greased and lined tin. Tap the tin gentely to get rid of any air bubbles.
-
Now for extra taste pour some extra blobs of nutella all over the top or brownie batter. Mix gently with a tooth pic. Make sure to not over mix.
-
Now bake the brownie at 170C for 20-30 mins.
-
Let it cool completely in the tin before trying to take it out.
-
Enjoy with ice cream or some milk.
Keep an eye after 20 mins as every oven is different.

Hello. I made this recipe and whilst it tastes good, it’s definitely more like a chocolate cake rather than a brownie (there was no crisp on top). I followed it to the tee, what went wrong please? Thanks
If you are using good quality chocolate you must get crinkle top foe this recipe. However the standard cup size should yield perfect results as its been tried by many readers and friends too.
If I do not have cooking chocolate at home can I replace it with cocoa
It will not yield same results. You can buy the amul chocolate 55% cocoa its mostly available everywhere. Hope this helps.
Turned out great!
Thankyou for sharing🙂
Turned out amazing! Thank you 🙂
Yay, thanks for sharing 😊
Isnt 3/4 tbsp baking powder too much for brownies..or is that 3/4 tsp
No the recipe comes out perfect with these measurements!
Yess you are right..3/4tbsp is too much fr a brownie…rather 3/4tsp should be fine I guess…or else brownie rather turns like a cake…I have personally tried
Can I use morde choclate compound instead of Amul chocolate?
Yes, you can! Use Modre Dark chocolate.
Hi when does the instant coffee get added its not mentioned.. thanks
With the flour.
Where does the butter and vanilla go
Thanks for pointing it out. Butter goes in with chocolate while melting. And vanilla essence in the end. Have updated in the recipe too.
