Eggless oreo chocolate brownie made with whole wheat flour.
The main reason I end up making such things is my son. He loves oreos and brownies. So what better than combining the two.
So there are ‘n’ number of brownie recipes on the internet and if you find one that’s perfect for you just stick to it.
Same thing happened to me around 2 years back and I have stuck to that recipe forever. Ofcourse classic brownie has eggs but I have few egg less versions that I will put links to in this post.

These perfect slices as you can see a song fudgy, chocolaty and each has its own oreo to bite into?
Directions to make Eggless oreo dark chocolate brownie-
Eggless Oreo Chocolate Brownie made with wholewheat flour.
- 1/4 cup Wholewheat flour atta
- 70 gm Butter amul salted butter is fine
- 70 gm Dark cooking chocolate
- 3/4 cup Sugar(granulated)
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 tsp Instant coffee optional
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup fresh curd(not too watery) Or 2 eggs
- 9 Oreo biscuit

In a sauce pan heat some water. Take a heat proof bowl and add chopped dark chocolate and chopped butter. Mix and melt the two until combined. Make sure the boiling water should not touch the bowl.

Let the mix cool down.

Now add curd & granulated sugar and mix well.

Now directly add vanilla essence. Mix everything but avoid over mixing.

Now place a sieve directly on top and started by adding whole wheat flour, coffee, cocoa powder.

Mix well.

Pour in a lined square time. Place 9 oreo biscuits for each square slice. Bake at 170°C for 30 mins.

Leave it to cool in tin.

Cut in squares and enjoy!!
1. You could add maida or all purpose flour.
2. You can add crushed oreo in the batter as well.
Tip-
1. The brownie batter will be runny/very liquidy and thays what makes it real fudgy.
2. After brownie is baked please leave it alone till brownie is cooled. And then only cut in squares and serve.
3. Stays good on the counter for 2-3 days depending on how hot weather is, if only they last that long:)
