My love for cookies and nutella got me here. There is just something about nutella that I love. Just licking the leftover on the spoon is divine. Having the aroma of freshly baked anything is a mood lifter for me. So it was cookies this time.
To be true I made these cookies as I was feeling low and wanted to distract myself. Really baking helps.
I also made this Eggless Wholewheat Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie which is my favourite too.
These are sinful, divine, delicious. And if this is not enough to make them now they also are eggless, wholewheat, butter less goodies.
Directions to make Wholewheat & Eggless Nutella Cookies-
Ingredients:
1 &1/4 cup wholewheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1tsp vanilla essence
5tsp nutella
5tbsp oil
Method:
Preheat the oven at 170 for 10 mins. And line a cookie try with baking paper or foil and grease gently.
Wisk in the milk and sugar until sugar is dissolved.
Now add salt, nutella and oil. Keep wisking until its all combined.
Now fold in baking powder and flour.
Make small balls and place them 2 inches apart.
Take a wet fork and press it down gently and then again in opposite way to create crisscross pattern.( you will have to wet your fork every time)
Bake for 10 mins. Over baking them would result in stone hard cookies.
Let them cool. And store them in airtight containers.
Enjoy!!
