When I make fresh watermelon juice it’s not just blended watermelon.
I add a few of my fav ingredients to create something that you would find very refreshing. Now no one at my home wants to eat watermelon but all are ready to drink it?
For kids who don’t like eating their fruit might like to drink it as its red juice which is so delish.
In a hot summer day it’s such a delicious drink. Although where I live we get watermelon all round the year so I make this drink a lot.
Watermelon is about 92% water and contains vitamin A, B6 and C; also antioxidants and amino acids.
This watermelon juice uses the natural sweetness from the fruit and converts it into a refreshing drink. So ditch the packaged juice for a healthy and homemade juice.

Directions to make Fresh Watermelon Juice-
Makes around 4 glasses of 150 to 200 ml
2.5 kg watermelon
3-4 tbsp honey
1 tbsp ginger juice or more if you like the taste
Black salt as per your taste
Firstly take out watermelon pulp in chunks.
Blend them in a liquid blender with about 200 ml water.
Now strain this mix. (Don’t use a fine mesh strainer)
Now add honey, ginger juice and black salt.
Serve and Enjoy!
PS. If you are consuming this juice in a cold climate pls ensure that you drink in the day time as watermelon is supposed to be cold food by nature.
