1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar

For chicken marinade:

450 gm chicken breast
2tsp hung curd
Salt
Dry mint powder
Coriander powder
Onion powder
Chicken tandoori masala
Garam masala
Black pepper powder
2tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Lemon juice 2tsp

For roti I have used our daily dough of atta.

Method:

Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for at least an hour, more if possible. If marinating for more than one hour then add lemon an hour before the actual cooking of the chicken.

Now take a grill pan and place the chicken breast on it. Cook for about 4 min each side until cooked.

Now for final assembly make roti a little bigger and longer than you usually make.

Spread garlic sauce first, then hummus, then relish, then lettuce& lastly grilled chicken. Fold from down first and then wrap from both sides one by one and you form a pocket. Take a butter paper or a tissue and wrap it tightly.

Enjoy!!
