Homemade Chicken Soup is a must for gloomy monsoon season or winter season. These is something about a warm bowl of chicken soup that makes everything in the world alright.
If you’re not well have chicken soup, want to do weight loss have chicken soup and salad at night, feeling low have soup and feel warm. Not only chicken soup by any warm bowl of soup will do.
This zero oil carrot and tomato soup is my favourite.
So recipe is quite simple. The caramelized chicken makes for even more tastier chicken soup.
Make your own stock and freeze for later use. And making this soup will be a breeze.
Granted opening a pack of soup and boiling it is easier. But nothing beats a Homemade Chicken Soup!

A hot bowl of flavorsome homemade chicken soup is the best thing.
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil or butter
- 5 Cloves Of Garlic
- 1 chopped Onion
- 1 cup Chicken Soup Cuts
- Salt As per taste
- Pepper As per taste
- 1 Large Tomato
- Handful Fresh Coriander
- 750 ml Water/Stock
- 3 tbsp Cornflour Mix with half cup water
