Vegetarians are often stuck with paneer as their choice of food. But worry not. This mushroom tikka masala will slay your weekend menu.
Grilled mushroom tikka in a creamy sauce is a dream. And mind you I have only used 2 tbsp cream.
If you have guests over you can simply keep the marinated mushrooms ready. Just serve like that or make a gravy and serve with it.
Goes well with rice or roti both.

Tikka Masala Recipe
1tbsp coriander powder
1 1/2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder (if you want a bit spicy otherwise leave)
1/4 ts turmeric powder
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
mix all these and make a powder. any extra masala made can be stored in an airtight jar.
