Paneer Jalfarezi is a popular cottage cheese side dish which can be paired with most of the classics of North Indian cuisine.

Pair it with Rajma Chawal or Maa Di Daal and you have a royal meal. I am always in search is easy yet yummy paneer dishes and this one tops that list. Its easy, fast and ONE POT meal that can be made in flat 15 mins. Best part- its even a wholesome meal on its own. In summers I usually make it on lazy weekends and have a glass of chilled Mint Chaas/Buttermilk to wash it all down.
