How To Make Tasty Paneer Pizza At Home

This serves as an instant breakfast/snack recipes. Well it started with “I am bored, don’t wanna have paratha, poha, sandwich etc, etc”. I was craving for pizza for long. So I ended up making it at home (well I end up making lot of things at home?).

Anyways this is the cheats version as I got the wholewheat pizza base from the market  and topped it with freshly made paneer(How to make paneer at home)…..Yum. If you have any leftover chicken or fish that taste great too.

For toppings I have used red, green and yellow bell pepper, onions and baby tomatos.

The pizza tasted moist, crispy, cheese-y, in the end everybody was craving for more.

Directions to make Paneer Pizza at home-

Ingredients:

2 wholewheat pizza base
2 tbsp Cheese spread
2 tbsp pizza/pasta sauce(Try homemade recipe)
1 cup for veggies(red, green and yellow bell pepper, onions and baby tomatoes)
1/2 cup pizza cheese, I Used Amul Pizza cheese
Extra virgin olive oil or use melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

I have made fresh paneer at the time so I mixed crumbled paneer with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. If using cubes please do the same as it will help with even cooking of paneer and help keeping it moist.

Spread cheese spread on the base evenly. Now spread pizza/pasta sauce.

Now spread grated cheese evenly (and generously if you like).

Now comes the veggies. Place them evenly on top of the cheese.

Lastly add the paneer. Make sure it’s evenly scattered.

Bake at 200°C for 10 mins. If you like your pizza base really crusty then bake for 12-15 mins.

Enjoy!!
