As the name suggest Paneer Stir Fry In Sweet Chilli Sauce is a really quick recipe made just under 30 min. That too including a delicious veggie filled fried rice.

Directions To Make Paneer Stir Fry In Sweet Chilli Sauce-
Ingredients:
For Paneer Stir fry
100gm paneer
1 cup of veg ( red, green & yellow bell pepper in cubes, carrots)
1/2 cup spring onions
1 red chilli
2 garlic pods finely chopped
1′ ginger finely chopped
1 tsp Cornflour
For Fried Rice
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup cabbage chopped lengthwise
1/4 cup French beans
2 onions
Sauces used commonly
Red chilli sauce
Dark soy sauce
Worcester sauce
Sweet Chilli Sauce
Vinegar
Salt & Pepper as per taste
Method:
For Paneer Stir Fry
Mix together the 1/2 cup water & cornflour. Mix paneer cubes. Keep aside for 5 mins.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Now shallow fry the panner to nice golden color on all sides. Keep aside.
In the same oil fry the ginger and garlic. Add onions, red chilli and veggies. Add sweet chilli sauce, dark soy sauce and Worcester sauce.
Add paneer and about 1 cup water. At this point you can either thicken it with cornflour or leave it as broth. Add salt & pepper as taste.
For Fried Rice
Heat oil in a wok. Add cabbage first. After 10 sec add onions and French beans. Add salt and pepper. Mix in red chilli sauce, vinegar, dark soy sauce. Add rice. Mix well. Add salt and pepper as taste.
Ps
If you don’t have pre cooked rice like me you can cook the rice, cool it and then stir fry it.
