These 5 veg stir fry will blow your meal time. I love to pair up with my zero oil tomato and pumpkin soup and some toasted garlic bread.

What better than a meal that takes less time to cook and tastes bomb. Its perfect for people who prefer vegan meal.

You can change the 5 veg as per your choice. These 5 vegetables I just had with me.

Eating vegetables is definitely a healthier choice. Vegetables are almost low calorie and high fibre. They keep you full for long and give benefits of lot of vitamin and color and fibre.

Having more vegetables in your plate can keep you full for long period and avoid un necessary snacking.

How can you make a stir fry tasty and nutritious?

This is a basic stir fry recipe. However you can use these tips to amp up your stir fry.

  1. Always prep all the veggies you want to stir fry in advance before you start.
  2. Even prep all the spices or sauces ahead to avoid burning your stir fry.
  3. To amp up the stir fry add soy sauce, chilli sauce, peanuts or walnuts, even seasame seeds for crunch.
  4. Always add spring onion greens at the end for maximum flavor.
  5. Add micro greens, coriander, basil and other herbs for more nutrition.

Directions to make vegetable stif fry for weightloss-

Ingredients-

1 cup Purple Cabbage

1/2 cup zucchini

1/2 cup capsicum or bell peppers

1/4 cup carrot

1/4 cup doing onion + greens

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper as per taste

Method-

In a pan add olive oil. Let it heat up enough before adding veggies.

Start by adding just spring.onion. Save the greens for later.

Add Purple cabbage and carrots. Stir to cook for 2 mins.

Add zucchini and capsicum. Cook for about a min.

Add salt and pepper.

Top with onion greens.

Enjoy!!
