Kesar Mawa modak made with evaporated milk and saffron. Offerings to Lord Ganesha in prasadam.
Grate mawa and prep all the ingredients before starting.
Now on low heat mix mawa, sugar, saffron milk and cook.
As it cooks the mixture will become like a mass. Dont over dry it as it will thicken even after its cooked.
Now cool the mixture enough to handle.
Grease the modak mould and shape the modak, its ready!!
