Easy to make zero oil carrot & tomato soup made in just 30 mins flat.
Easy dinner idea, serve with some garlic bread, toasty bread, plain bread. Weigh loss soup. I have made many soup recipes such as vegetable lauki soup, lemon & coriander soup, sweet corn soup, tomato soup, broccoli & peas soup.
These soup recipes can be made in bulk and used for a couple of days.
Directions to make Zero oil Carrot & tomato soup-
Zero Oil Carrot & Tomato Soup which can be made in less that 30 mins.
- 4 medium tomatoes Roughly chopped
- 2 Large carrots sliced
- 3 Cloves of garlic roughly chopped
- salt as per taste
- pepper as per taste
- 2 tbsp cornflour

In a pressure cooker add tomatoes, carrot, garlic and 1 liter water.

Boil for 1 whistle and cook on summer for 10 mins. Switch off the gas and leave it for 15 mins.

Now open the lid of pressure cooker and let the steam release.

Use a hand blender and blend the chunks in soup.
Drain the soup.

Now put the drained soup back on gas. Let it come to boil.

Meanwhile add 2 tbsp cornflour in 1 cup water. Mix.

Add cornflour mix to the soup. Mix till soup thickens.
Add salt & pepper as per your taste.

Enjoy with garlic bread.
