
Easy nutritious paratha made with beetroot and served with mango lemonade.
In a bowl add all the ingredients except oil and knead in to a soft dough.
If the dough is hard the paratha will turn out hard.
Oil your hands and knead again till the dough is soft.
On a hot tawa or skillet cook the paratha on both sides. I have applied very little ghee on both sides and cooked it through ad per my liking.
We served this with coriander chutney and mango lemonade.
Enjoy in breakfast or brunch.
