  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil or butter

  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Chicken Soup Cuts
  • Salt As per taste
  • Pepper As per taste
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • Handful Fresh Coriander
  • 750 ml Water/Stock
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour Mix with half cup water
