Ingredients
200Fresh Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
1Sliced Onion
1Sliced Capsicum
Salt as per taste
1tbspKashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4tspturmeric powder
1tspcumin powder
1/4tspgaram masala
Pepper as per tasteoptional
1tbspsoy sauce
5tbspketchup
Instructions
In a heavy bottom pan heat any oil of your choice. I have used olive oil.
Once heated add onion and capsicum.
You don't need to cook them for too long as you need them crunchy.
Add salt & pepper as per your taste.
Now add paneer and cook for 2-3 mins. Keep turning.
Add soy sauce and ketchup.
Mix and the paneer filling is ready.
For the rolls make a regular dough with atta and make rotis.
I like to make big rotis so then when I fill the rolls I have enough space to rolls them.
Now place roti on a flat surface and spread mayo on top. Use any mayo of your choice.
