Paneer rolls have a special place in indian cuisine. It’s loved by all kids and adults.
We make paneer rolls so often that it did not occur uptill now to make a video or a post about it.
Last week I made paneer rolls and posted in my Instagram stories and my DM was filled for recipe and I realised I need to do a post about it.
So this time fortunately I got enough time to shoot a quick video.
Here’s the link. If you like my recipes do like, share comment and subscribe to my channel, it would mean so much to me.
The paneer sabji made in the video can be uses in Sandwich too. Or even use it with roti for brunch or dinner.
It’s so easy but very very tasty. Speaking of easy and tasty try my instant grilled paneer rolls, toasted paneer bhurji hot dog rolls, crispy spring rolls, baked bread rolls.
You can also add more Chinese sauces or ready sauces for flavor as per your choice.
Directions to make Paneer Rolls at home-
Makes 6-7 rolls with generous filling
Ingredients-
200 Fresh Paneer/ Cottage Cheese
1 Sliced Onion
1 Sliced Capsicum
Salt as per taste
1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Pepper as per taste(optional)
1 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp ketchup
Method-
In a heavy bottom pan heat any oil of your choice. I have used olive oil.
Once heated add onion and capsicum.
You don’t need to cook them for too long as you need them crunchy.
Add salt as per your taste.
Mix in all the spices.
Now add paneer and cook for 2-3 mins. Keep turning.
Add soy sauce and ketchup.
Mix and the paneer filling is ready.
For the rolls make a regular dough with atta and make rotis.
I like to make big rotis so then when I fill the rolls I have enough space to rolls them.
Now place roti on a flat surface and spread mayo on top. Use any mayo of your choice.
Now place any salad of your choice.
Place paneer filling on top.
Tightly roll them in a butter paper or foil.
Serve hot! Enjoy.
