Paneer/Cottage Cheese is loved by all. Its actually the most loved protein especially among vegetarians.
I tried this Paneer Bhurji Hot Dog Rolls recently and they were a hit. This desi and vegetarian version of the famous hot dog was a sensation. I decided to toast them at the last min and it totally worked.
So you get crunchy exterior, soft butter-y interior with a paneer & onion filling. Cant get better than this. These works best for breakfast and so so so filling.
