Lemon & Coriander Soup
Lemon & Coriander Soup is rich in Vitamin C from lemons and aids weight loss if consumed over a period of time.

Vegetable stock

freshly squeezed lemon juice

finely chopper fresh coriander

Salt and pepper as per taste

In a saucepan bring the stock to boil.

Add lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Finally add salt and pepper as per your taste.

Do not cook any further otherwise the soup may turn bitter from over boiling.

Server hot.
- Add lemon juice only when you are ready to serve other wise the soup will not stay good.
- You can also thicken the soup with some corn flour.
- Serve with some garlic bread for a filling dinner.
