Ragi & Whole wheat brownies

Egg less brownie recipe that replaces Maida with ragi & atta.

Ingredients

  • 125 gm Chocolate
  • 50 gm Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Ragi/finger millet flour
  • 1/4 Cup Atta/whole wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp Dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 Cup Curd Should not be sour
  • 2-3 Walnuts Chopped

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler melt together the chocolate and butter. Let it cool. 

  2. In a bowl add cud and sugar and whisk till sugar almost dissolves. 

  3. Now mix the chocolate and butter liquid in the sugar mix to make a free flowing liquid. 

  4. Now add both the flours and mix well. 

  5. Can also add 1 tsp vanilla essence. But it's optional. 

  6. Pour in a Brownie tin. Top with walnut. Bake at 170°C for 30 mins.
