Brownie is my favorite dessert to eat. But Eggless brownie recipe is something I never thought I would try.

I have quite a few recipes of brownies but I get so many requests, so many of you asking for an Eggless recipe of the ultimate comfort dessert- Brownie.

Eggless brownie

And I did try out two recipes with yogurt/curd but did not like them. I wanted to post something that I love❤❤ so got this amazing recipe from my dear friend and fellow blogger Sonal Gupta who blogs at Simplyvegetarian777. Please head over to her blog and show some love!!

Coming back to recipe these brownies are so fudgy and crispy on top. But of course my favorite slice is the corner one.

So fudgy, right❤❤

It’s has no curd or yogurt so this one tasted different than the ones that have yogurt. Also they are very close to the texture of the egg brownies that I make so that’s a win win.

Directions to make Eggless Brownie-

Recipe Source- Simplyvegetarian777

Ingredients-

1 cup Maida or Plain Flour

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

1/4 tsp salt(leave it if using salted butter)

120 gm unsalted butter at room temperature

1/3 cup brown sugar(tightly packed)

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1/4 cup milk

Method:

In a bowl add butter and sugar and whisk until pale and creamy.

Add vanilla essence and milk.

Mix well.

Now start adding the dry ingredients- flour, baking soda, salt(if using), cocoa powder.

Mix until all is combined.

Pour in a greased and lined square tin. Bake at 170°C for 25-30 mins.

I like to leave it in the tin itself after its done baking to cool down completely.

Cut in squares and enjoy!!
