Ingredients

For Paneer Tikka Masala Gravy

  • 2 finely chopped onions
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 Finely chopped tomatoes
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 black cardomom
  • 2 small Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp jeera/cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream

Instructions

To make gravy

  1. Once you have paneer Tikka cooking in the oven, heat the oil.

  2. Add jeera, bay leaves and cardomom. Let it roast as the oil heats.

  3. Add chopped onion. Cook til its brown.

  4. Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for another min till raw smell goes.

  5. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10-15 mins or till oil leaves the sides.

  6. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Cook well for another 3 mins.

  7. Add the paneer Tikka, garam masala and cream.

  8. Mix and cook for 1 mins. Enjoy with hot rotis.
