
Paneer Tikka Masala is a popular Indian vegetarian main course dish. Grilled paneer is served with a creamy base of onion and tomato gravy.
Once you have paneer Tikka cooking in the oven, heat the oil.
Add jeera, bay leaves and cardomom. Let it roast as the oil heats.
Add chopped onion. Cook til its brown.
Add ginger garlic paste. Cook for another min till raw smell goes.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10-15 mins or till oil leaves the sides.
Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Cook well for another 3 mins.
Add the paneer Tikka, garam masala and cream.
Mix and cook for 1 mins. Enjoy with hot rotis.
