How to prepare warm water with honey-
You will need-
1 cup water
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
Honey as per taste
What to do-
Warm the water just enough to drink.
Add in the lemon juice and honey. Stir to mix.
Drink warm immediately. Benefits on an empty stomach.
** Do not add honey in hot water.
*** Use naturally derived or organic honey over sugar laced honey available everywhere.
Side effects of drinking lemon water with honey everyday-
Since lemon is a diuretic so you may feel the urge to urinate more(which makes the toxins flush out your body) hence over drinking it may lead to serious damage to your body. Plus the citric acid in lemon may be bad for your tooth enamel.
It’s ideal to drink warm water with lemon and honey but not for long period of time.
You should drink it for some time like 15 days and then swich to another healthy drink.
