Have you heard of a recipe this healthy?? Its wholewheat, egg less, butter less and zero sugar. How good that sounds. This brownie recipe uses zucchini and banana to keep it egg less and moist. And chocolate mixed with everything tastes great.
And no way in hell I believed its going to taste this good until I made and tasted it. It literally plays with your mind. I mean I made it so I know what goes in it to make so I was super surprised. But my family had no idea what they were eating until I told what went into it.
Its moist, crumbly, fudgy and so chocolate-y. TOTALLY IRRESISTIBLE.
The batter is more like a cake batter but who can complain. Taste like the ultimate brownie. Try it and it may become a regular at your house. Its an easy fix for hunger pangs, hungry kids, chocoholics and eat or let others eat with the least guilt.
