The season of mangoes is here. While everybody else is busy devouring exotic mango drinks, I thought it would be apt to put up something familiar on the blog; after all its my first post that includes mangoes.
Mango shake has so many memories attached to it.
As children we used to wait for mango season to come and we could have mango shake. Nothing fancy just plain milk, sugar and mangoes blended together. Yum!!!
Directions to make Mango shake-
Ingredients:
1 cup ripe mango pureed
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup milk
Method:
Blend mango, milk and sugar together to make smooth shake. You can also add ice cubes in and and blend briefly. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy!!
Best way to start the morning.?
