Firstly this amazing charred pics is enough to make your realize, YOU’VE GOT TO MAKE THEM NOW!!!

This amazing grilled paneer salad is a healthier meal with rich source of calcium and protein and some salad leaves and cherry tomatoes on the base. Whats interesting about this recipe is the dressing-Sweet Orange & Honey Vinaigrette.

A Vinaigrette is simply oil whisked with any acidic liquid such as lemon juice or vinegar. This that enhanced with spices, herbs, seasonings or flavors. I love this type of dressing over the creamy once as they are diet friendly and I can taste what I am eating besides the dressing. In this particular recipe I have tried to capture the flavor of orange in my dressing. AND WHAT A SUCCESS.

Orange is in season; go grab some and try this salad now. I have simply used some salad leaves and cherry tomato as I feel that paneer has to be the star ingredient in this. But feel free to add whatever you like as per your liking. Do share if you know any unique combination or pairing with paneer.
