Indian Style Masala French Toast is your quintessential breakfast that you may not do without. If you eat eggs you will love this. You may realize you have been having eggs the wrong way. This is the way to go!!?
I wish you could taste them through these pics as I am drooling all over if. Eggs are a powerhouse of proteins and essential nutrients. You can do so much with them. Some of my favorite egg recipes are here, do check!!
5-6 bread slices
Salt & pepper as per taste
3 spring onions finely chopped; reserve green part for garnish
(You can use regular onion too)
2 tomatoes finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
Oil for cooking toast
Whisk eggs, add salt & pepper as per your taste.
Add in onions, tomato and capsicum.
Now heat a non stick tawa. Brush some oil.
Dip the bread in the egg mix. Make sure you get all the masala and straight to the tawa. Cook on both sides till egg is cooked.
Garnish with spring onion greens and side of some garlic mayo.
This recipe gives 10-12 slices when halved.
