Healthy WholeWheat Banana & Dark Chocolate Brownie

Recent addition to my baking list is this delicious and healthy wholewheat banana & dark chocolate brownie. I just love the smell of freshly baked goods. To tell the truth when the brownie came out of the oven I wasn’t too exited as I thought its gone too dark. And after slicing and taking pictured my husband grabbed a sliced and went in for another one. Well it was weekend and he seemed to be high on sweets I asked him is it good enough and he replied ‘ Haven’t you tasted it yet?’ What could I say.

So when I did; it tasted delicious. The banana was easily picked, it was more moist than fudgy but more brownie like. I think I will go for less cocoa powder next time.
