Summer is almost here and temperatures are soaring. I mead this easy peasy grilled corn salad and it turned out amazing.
Although it’s a very simple recipe still I thought I will share it with you’ll.
Grilled corn salad is a healthy and tasty snack idea for that 4pm hunger pang where we tend to eat junk.
Do try it.
Directions to make Grilled corn salad-
Ingredients-
1 sweet corn on the cob
1 red onion
1 chopped tomato
1/2 cucumber chopped
Black salt as per taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
Method-
On a grill or gas top grill the corn on all sides.
Scrape the corn and keep aside.
Chop the onion, cucumber and tomato. You can choose to chop finely or chunky.
Now mix in corn, onion and tomato.
Add the Black salt and lemon juice.
Mix and chill in fridge for 10-15 mins.
