Directions to make Broccoli and pea soup-
Ingredients–
1 large red onion
3 garlic pods
1 large broccoli head chopped roughly
2 cups peas
A handful of basil
Method-
Take a heavy bottom pan. Heat some oil. Add onions & garlic, cook till soft.
Add peas, cover and cook till almost done.
Add broccoli, basil & water and cook until soft.
Once slightly cool, blend into smooth puree. Serve warm with baked whole wholewheat bread.
