Coriander And Peanut Chutney is quite different from the rest of the coriander chutney’s that you may have tasted.
If you love both these ingredients this chutney will be your new fav!!
Served with crisp aloo tikki and it was a hit combo.
Directions to make coriander and peanut chutney-
Droolsome coriander and peanut chutney is perfect for indian starters or as a spread or dip.
- 2 Cups loosely packed fresh coriander cleaned, washed and drained
- 3/4 Cup Roasted Peanuts
- Salt as per taste
- Pepper as per taste
- 1 tsp jeera powder
- 1 Inch ginger, grated
- 1 Lemon
-
In a chutney/small blender add peanuts and blend to fine powder.
-
Now add coriander and blend again. Add the juice of 1 lemon that will help in blending.
-
Still if its difficult to blend add water 1 tbsp at a time and keep moving the contents up and down and blend again. Avoid adding too much water as it may make your chutney watery.
-
Now add the salt, pepper, ginger, jeera powder. Mix.
-
Check for salt and if more lemon is needed. Adjust and blend again.
-
Enjoy!!
