Have ripe bananas?? Tired of making Banana cake or Banana bread!! Try these super delicious and healthy Eggless Wholewheat Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie.
I took the liberty of adding extra chocolate chips on top of the cookies. Ahh! What a crunch🤭
So the recipe is eggless and very basic. New to baking? Don’t worry this recipe works so well for beginners.
Directions to make Eggless Wholewheat Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie-
***Makes 24 cookies***
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt(pls leave if using salted butter)
2 medium size mashed ripe bananas
1 cup brown sugar (can replace with white sugar)
1 tbsp vanilla essence
75 gm butter (I used am butter)
1 cup mini chocolate chips

Things to note-
You can choose to add chocolate chips. It’s optional.
Add more sugar if you like your cookies sweeter.
Oven temperature are different according to the brand so keep an eye after 12 mins
If using maida or refined flour no need to shape the cookies. Only place a ball and leave 2 inch gap between cookies. They will shape in a round disc.
Store in an airtight jar on counter for upto 3-4 days and in fridge for about 2 weeks.
