Sandwiches are the easiest to make. Simple, easy and tasty are the basic things I look forward to when making Sandwhich.
I had some leftover mushrooms from my dinner last night which I didn’t use. So this recipe revolves around that.
1/2 cup mushrooms
1 small onion
1 cup lettuce shredded finely
Salt and pepper as per taste
To prepare mushrooms chop them finely and boil in salted water for five min. Drain
Add shredded lettuce, onion, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Now add the filling between two slices of bread.
Apply extra virgin olive oil on both slices of bread & grill in a pan or toaster until crisp.
