Restaurant Style Chicken Butter Masala

Those who are non vegetarian are well versed with Chicken Butter Masala.

Restaurant Style Chicken Butter Masala is a popular and a very tasty dish. Today I have replicated the same and the result was awesome.

Succulent and juicy boneless chicken in creamy and butter dark onion gravy is one of the classics. Polish it off with some laccha paratha. Recipe⬇

I have used my basic onion and tomato paste recipe for the base and the rest are all spices.

If your paste is ready this can be made under 30 min with minimal effort.

Ingredients:

1&1/2 cup basic onion tomato masala
200g chicken breast boneless
Salt, chilli and haldi as per taste( there is already everything added in masala)
2 Tsp chicken masala
3tsp butter

For chicken marination:
1/2 cup fresh cream
Salt and pepper as per taste
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Juice of one lemon

Method:

Poke the chicken with fork and marinade the chicken for about 1 hour.

Take a nonstick pan. Add butter and marinated chicken. Cook chicken till almost done.

Add the masala and adjust salt if needed. Cover and cook till done.

Now add chicken masala.

Serve and Enjoy!!
